My interests vary from time to time but I'm always involved in some form of art creation: AI art generation, digital graphics, sketching, acrylic/or watercolors, mixed media art, photography, quilting, zentangling, handmade cards, etc, I move from one to another, back and forth between different artistic genres. Here's My Art Bag of the most current things I'm up to. Take a look and leave a message... I'd love to hear what you think.

Digital Whisper - New Year's Resolution

Digital Whisper's theme this week is "New Year's Resolution."  I don't make New Year's Resolutions, but I DO chose a "Word of the Year."  These are some things I hope to either start or do more of in 2025, all increasing the calm and rhythm of my life.

Thanks for stopping by - Happy New Year!

PS - These pictures are all of me - through AI creation.  They're the result of about 25 photos of me, old and new, combined together through the magic of AI LORAS, which create a Model that allows me to insert myself into my prompts when I use it.  I wish I really looked like this now, but between the earlier photos and the later ones, most of my many facial lines are vastly reduced!  And that's my dog, Charlie - he has his own Model.

My Soul's Dark Imagination - Twilight Zone with Van Gogh

The theme this week at My Soul's Dark Imagination is, "Twilight Zone with Van Gogh."  Here are my creations:

Boots:

My version of his "Bedroom in Arles" is below.  This painting is Vincent Van Gogh's bedroom which was inside the yellow house in Arles.  Van Gogh painted "The Yellow House" in September of 1988. He painted three different versions of his bedroom, Version 1 in October 1888, Version 2 in September 1889, and Version 3 also in September of 1889.  Same bedroom, but each a bit different.

Bedroom in Arles:

Iris:

I love Vincent Van Gogh's art, and have a reproduction of Van Gogh's "Iris" in my studio/craft room.
